KT by-election | Updated

The voters of Kuala Terengganu have sent Abdul Wahid Endut of PAS to Parliament. He defeated Wan Ahmad Farid of Barisan Nasional by a 2,631-vote majority thus making Pakatan Rakyat moving a step closer to Putrajaya. Pakatan now has 82 MP's while BN has 137 MP's while there are 2 MP's from SAPP and one independant MP.

Just hours before voter in Kuala Terengganu come out to cast their vote, with 50:50 chances on both Barisan Nasional (National Front) and Pakatan Rakyat (People's Alliance) of winning the election. P-036 Kuala Terengganu Parliamentary By-election is regarded as the most expensive by-election with more than 6,000 police forces and millions of ringgit spent on projects proudly tagged as 'Satu lagi projek Kerajaan Barisan Nasional'. Come on people in KT. Come out and vote early! before 'someone' else votes for you.
