It's all NEGLIGENCE.
The first case was the Jaya Supermarket incident which the building collapsed while demolition works going on, killing the workers who are in the building. The second is the collapse of the roof of the one year old Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium in Gong Badak, Terengganu which hosted the SUKMA games last year. Funny to see a year old stadiums roof just gave way as if there were no proper check before the handover. Lucky no bad incident happened then. Authorities, Please Take Action
